1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostPulse (the "Service"), operated by DAO Education and Technologies FZE-LLC, a company registered under License No. 40292 in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
By using PostPulse, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
PostPulse allows users to:
- Log in via email magic link (passwordless authentication with 5-minute token expiration).
- Connect one or more social media accounts via OAuth authorization flows.
- For Telegram, use Telegram login flow with OTP verification, where only users who have added our bot to their channel can schedule posts (we assume only channel administrators can add bots).
- Schedule and manage posts across X, Threads, Instagram for Business, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, LinkedIn (Personal), and Telegram (Channels).
- Generate content using AI assistance powered by OpenAI.
- Upload and store media for scheduled posts.
- Use the free plan with one connected account, or subscribe for additional accounts.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be 13+ years old.
- You are responsible for the content you schedule and ensuring it complies with each platform's requirements.
- You agree not to post illegal, offensive, or infringing material.
- You must not misuse access to social media accounts or attempt unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content meets the technical requirements and community guidelines of each platform where you schedule posts.
- You understand that by using AI features, your prompts will be sent to OpenAI, and certain account details (username and display name) may be shared with OpenAI for contextual assistance.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Users can connect one account for free.
- Subscribing for $8/month per seat enables additional account connections.
- Payments are handled via Stripe. PostPulse does not store any payment card information.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
- If you add seats in the middle of a billing period, we will prorate the charge for the remaining days in that period.
- If you decrease the number of seats, we will not issue refunds for the current billing period, but will adjust the charge for the next billing cycle.
- You can manage your subscription, including adjusting the number of seats, through the Stripe customer portal accessible from the Settings page.
5. Account Management and Termination
You may disconnect your social media accounts or delete your profile at any time:
- When you disconnect a social media account, all scheduled posts, posting history, and account data associated with that account will be permanently deleted.
- When you delete your PostPulse account, we will unenroll all connected social media accounts, delete all your data from our file storage, stop your subscription, and remove all posting history.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. For information on how to delete your account and data, please visit our Data Deletion page.
6. Media Storage and Processing
When you upload or generate images with our service:
- Media files are stored in our private S3 file storage.
- For certain platforms (e.g., Threads API), we may temporarily move files to a public bucket with a 1-day time-to-live (TTL) to facilitate media sharing.
- You can delete your media files from our storage through the Gallery section. If a post has not been published yet, deleting the associated media will remove it from the scheduled post.
7. AI Integration
Our service integrates with OpenAI for AI-assisted content generation:
- When using AI Assistant features, we may share details of your enrolled social media accounts (specifically username and display name) with OpenAI.
- When using "Generate with AI" for captions or images, your prompts are sent to OpenAI's servers.
- By using these features, you consent to this data sharing.
- You can opt out of AI features at any time by not using these specific functions.
8. Data Storage Location
Our database is located in Germany (Frankfurt). By using our service, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in this location, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights in PostPulse remain with us. You retain ownership of your content but grant us the right to use it solely for delivering our service.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Failures or delays in scheduled posts due to platform technical issues.
- Rejected posts due to platform-specific content requirements (e.g., media ratio, length limitations, etc.).
- Issues caused by third-party platform changes or outages.
- Losses arising from misuse of the service.
It is your responsibility to ensure your content adheres to the requirements and community guidelines of each platform where you schedule posts.
11. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- Magic link tokens expire after 24 hours and are generated anew with each request.
- Access and refresh tokens for social media platforms are stored encrypted in our database.
- Media files are stored in secure S3 storage.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms and will notify users by email or in-app messages.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.

15. Data Protection Compliance
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
By using PostPulse, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be processed and stored outside your jurisdiction, including in Germany (Frankfurt), where data protection laws may differ. We ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data, including encryption and secure cloud hosting.
