Affiliate Program Terms

1. The Program

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the PostPulse Affiliate Program (the "Program"), operated by DAO Education and Technologies FZE-LLC, a company registered under License No. 40292 in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates ("PostPulse", "we", "us"). By enrolling in the Program you accept these Terms, in addition to the PostPulse Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Enrollment

Any holder of a PostPulse account may enroll free of charge from the in-app "Refer & Earn" page. Upon enrollment you receive a unique referral code and link. We may decline or revoke enrollment at our reasonable discretion, for example where fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

3. Referrals and Attribution

A "Referral" is a person who (a) visits post-pulse.com through your referral link, and (b) creates a new PostPulse account within 60 days of that visit while the referral attribution (a first-party cookie) is still present. Attribution is last-click: if a visitor uses several referral links, the most recent one wins. Attribution is determined at account creation and is permanent; existing accounts cannot become Referrals retroactively. Accounts provisioned through white-label partner integrations are not eligible Referrals.

4. Commissions

You earn a commission equal to 20% of each payment a Referral makes to PostPulse — subscription invoices and pay-as-you-go credit purchases — during the 12 months following the Referral's first successful payment. Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid (after discounts, excluding taxes). Payments refunded or charged back are not commissionable; the corresponding commission is reversed, or reduced proportionally for partial refunds.

Each commission is held for 30 days after the underlying payment (the "Hold Period") and becomes payable thereafter. We may change the commission rate or earning window prospectively with 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to commissions already earned.

5. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly via PayPal (or, by agreement, Wise) to the payout email you provide, once your payable balance reaches USD 50. Balances below the minimum roll over. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details, for any fees charged by your payment provider, and for all taxes applicable to your commission income. Unclaimed balances (for example, where no valid payout email is provided) remain payable for 12 months from the date they became payable, after which they may be forfeited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following result in suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Self-referrals or referrals of accounts you control;
• Bidding on "PostPulse", "post-pulse.com" or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or directing such traffic to your referral link;
• Listing referral links on coupon, deal, or cashback sites;
• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or placement on unlawful or misleading content;
• Misrepresenting yourself as PostPulse, as our employee, or as an exclusive partner;
• Failing to disclose your material connection to PostPulse where disclosure is required (e.g. FTC endorsement guides or equivalent local rules).

7. Term and Termination

Either party may end participation at any time; you can simply stop sharing your link, and we may terminate with notice to your account email. On termination for convenience, commissions already earned and surviving the Hold Period remain payable under Section 5. On termination for breach of Section 6, unpaid commissions are forfeited. Commissions stop accruing on payments made after termination.

8. General

You participate as an independent contractor; nothing here creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice posted on this page (material changes also notified by email). The Program is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under the Program is limited to the commissions payable to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
